RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our very best to provide quality products you will love and wear. And we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with our products, you have the right to return products you have bought from Metaman for a full refund within 48 hours of receiving them.
Please Note:
1. Only Brass and Silver Ornaments will be subject to Refund/ Exchange provided the product is in pristine condition.
2. Gold Ornaments will only be replaced in case of wrong/ damaged product delivered subject to approvals.
Due to the importance of hygienic handling and safety issues of jewellery, we do not accept returns of our jewellery if damaged. However, if there is a quality issues such as visible damage, we will offer refund/replacement, upon clear evidence shared by you via email showing a video and a photo of the damaged product.
Cancellation before Shipping
In case you change your mind after placing the order but before your order has been shipped, you can cancel the order on the website using the link provided in the order confirmation email or checking the Orders page from your registered account, OR drop us an e-mail at care@mataman.fashion with your order number.
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your entire paid amount.
RETURNS
All items must be unused for an eligible refund. When you return any product, the shipping charges will be borne by us. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. For COD orders refund, you will need to share your bank details.
EXCHANGES

If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

No Returns or exchanges for physically damaged products by customers.

A request to return an item must be made within 48 hours of when the item(s) were delivered to you.

Once we approve the return order, we will mail you the confirmation of the return order.

The Jewellery may not be restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any product in our stock will be guaranteed.

We hereby disclaim any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product as ordered by the user. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions including colour, material used, availability, prices or other content regarding products displayed on the website appear accurately at all times. If a product offered by us is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused condition.
